The Estate extends to nearly 9,500 acres with over 84 kilometres of footpaths and bridleways. We also have properties in and around other villages such as Frilsham, Bradfield, Ashampstead and Aldworth.
Yattendon has a very active community and the village boasts many facilities. A brewery, two pubs/ hotels, a village shop and post office, café, garage hairdresser, primary school, Montessori School, tennis courts and cricket club. If that wasn’t enough there is also an award winning farm shop and fish counter just outside the village.

Yattendon is home to a growing number of diverse businesses. This has helped establish a thriving and sustainable rural community with the creation of over 330 jobs.
We work closely with the local parish councils and stakeholder groups to ensure that any proposed commercial conversions are sensitive to the community and respect the environment in which they will be based.
The majority of business premises are let on a “pre-let” basis which enables the individual businesses (subject to planning permission) to be involved in the design of the conversion.

The Local Area
Yattendon has always been a very popular village and holds a strong sense of community.
The unspoilt nature of the village and surrounding countryside adds to the unique character of the Estate, which falls within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
