An exciting insight into Spring 2026 at Yattendon Estate

On 31st August, the Yattendon Estate held a party to celebrate 100 years of the Estate being created and the Iliffe family owning the village.

The welcome return to a more ‘normal’ spring has allowed a less stressful spring

Thank goodness the sun has finally made an appearance! All parts of the estate are glad of the ground drying up, whether that is in residential gardens, the Christmas tree fields or on the farm, everything feels better when the sun shines.

Quick update on the start to 2025

On behalf of the Iliffe family and the Yattendon Estate Board, we are delighted to announce the acquisition Vicar’s Game Limited.

It is a great thing, especially during these difficult times to see businesses emerging and needing space to help them grow.

Yattendon Estate is proud to support the success of our commercial tenants.

On Wednesday 12th June Yattendon Estates hosted Calcot Primary School on a Farms visit. These farm visits are a Warburtons initiative organised by The Country Trust and Farm Manager Nick Down.

Yattendon Estates joined 360 farmers across the UK, participating in the annual open day organised by Linking Environment And Farming (LEAF).
